Product information
“What material is this made from?” “Where is the size guide?” Use approved specifications, care instructions and product pages. Personal recommendations or unsupported compatibility claims stay outside the answer set.
A done-for-you AI assistant for your store’s website, built around product information and policies you approve. Help visitors understand shipping, returns and product details before they contact your team.
A packaged website service. Setup, approved answers and a clear route to a person.

Can I return a jacket if the size is wrong?
Website assistant
The store’s approved policy allows unused items to be returned within 30 days. See the returns page for conditions and the return request process.
Shopper
I wore it once. Can you make an exception?
Website assistant
I can explain the published policy, but an exception needs your support team’s review. Please use the store’s support contact. Do not share payment details here.
An example of the intended boundary, not a client result or a live connection to a store.
Start with repeat questions
For a Shopify storefront or another ecommerce website, the first scope is a website assistant with a reviewed knowledge base. We agree which questions it should answer and which ones must go to your support team.
“What material is this made from?” “Where is the size guide?” Use approved specifications, care instructions and product pages. Personal recommendations or unsupported compatibility claims stay outside the answer set.
“Where do you ship?” “What are the published delivery estimates?” Explain reviewed regions, fees and dispatch policies. A policy answer does not confirm a particular parcel’s location or arrival date.
“How do I request a return?” “What does the warranty cover?” Point shoppers to the approved process. Refund decisions, damaged items and policy exceptions need a person.
These questions are illustrative. Your own content and approvals determine the final answers.
Clear limits, agreed before launch
We structure the FAQs, product details and policy pages you supply. You review the content and sample answers before launch. Missing, conflicting or outdated information is a reason to ask your team, not invent a policy.
Replies can follow the language the shopper writes in. Review key questions in the languages you need; multilingual replies do not replace content approval.
Agree a support email address or contact page and what visitors should send there. Questions about an individual order, complaints, refund exceptions or uncertain answers go to that route.
This does not promise an immediate live agent. Your team sets its response hours and owns the follow-up.
The standard service is a website assistant, not a Shopify app. Shopify admin access, order lookup, live stock, checkout changes, refunds, booking, custom messaging channels and other integrations require separate scoping. Do not enter payment details. Payments and medical advice are outside scope.
From your policies to your website
This is the existing YUKIBORU service assistant. Ask about our process and website support service. It is not connected to a Shopify store and cannot look up orders. Preset questions are scripted examples; typed questions use the live assistant.
The live assistant replies in the language you write in. Preset questions are available in English, German and Japanese.
Share a few details and we'll send a written proposal with a fixed price, timeline and estimated running costs. No call needed to get started.
